To accomplish this, we make an effort on improving our inventory turnover rate by setting milestones on following sections within the sales flow to shorten each lead time without compromising quality of cars while. 1) the lead time from procurement to showcasing, 2) the lead time from showcasing to conclusion of a contract, and3) the lead time from conclusion of a contract to delivery.

Emphasizing customer contacts, general stores have 1) staff with expertise in car sales with abundant knowledge of vehicles, 2) car life planners who propose insurance products at & after customers purchase cars, and 3) professional maintenance technicians. They are all capable of offering advice addressing customers’ concerns about cars. We create new opportunities by enhancing customer satisfaction at every phase of the customer’s life with cars.

Establish a solid procurement network by strengthening the used car purchasing business

A stable procurement network is indispensable realization of an outstanding inventory lineup and a high inventory turnover rate at stores. In addition to procurement by auction, which is a conventional method, we are strengthening car purchasing through diverse customer contacts, such as purchasing through a phone application or purchasing at the storefronts as well as at customers’ houses by preparing purchase specialized stores both standalone type and the type attached to a general store. By strengthening the used car purchasing business, we intend to enhance the “lifelong customer relationships business model.”
